- active in graphics portion of the forums

FORUM MODERATOR:

- highly active on forums
- 300 post count (higher recommended)

- Anyone advertising their application or in any way telling people to support them, their application will be CLOSED.
- 2 week wait period to re-apply if your app is denied.
