How to Laugh

    First, you need to make sure you are in a calm state of mind. You need to clear your thoughts of any worries or troubles that you may be experiencing and only focus on the task ahead of you - laughing.

    Next, put yourself in a comfortable position. Remember your old footie pajamas that you wore when you were 10 years old? Go find those from the attic upstairs, pour yourself a cup of hot milk, and sit in your favorite leather chair in your family room.
